  • Secure parking for one vehicle only. Safety walls, electric fencing and electronic gate access control
  • Limited additional parkings available at additional cost
  • Trailer parking at additional cost
  • Apartments are not serviced however this can be arranged in advance or at Reception
  • Guests are required to bring their own towels
  • Once off Admin Fee is R 450 (non-refundable)
  • Check-in after 2 pm
  • Check-out before 9 am

Policies

  • 30 days plus, prior to arrival date: 50% refund of deposit LESS the administration fee
  • 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 25% refund of full booked stay LESS the administration fee
  • Less than 2 weeks before stay  0% refund of the deposit
  • NO REFUNDS for Late Arrivals
  • NO REFUNDS for Early Departures
  • No Braais on Balconies
  • No Braais in Flats
  • There are multiple communal braai /  BBQ areas on the premises. Braai grids are provided
  • Braai areas work on a first come first serve basis

Please make use of the Braai /  Barbecue facilities that are available on the premises. 

  • Small pets permitted only with prior approval

When you vacate the apartment, please leave it in the same condition as you found it.

  • NO Towels or washing on balcony
  • NO Mattresses on floor
  • Leave furniture as found
  • NO roller blades, scooters, skate boards, bicycles or toys may be used in passages or walkways.
  • Seagull Holiday Flats does not accept liability or responsibility for injury, death, loss, theft or damage of any nature whether arising from negligence or any cause whatsoever

  •  This waiver of liability and Indemnity Agreement covers the entire duration of the rental period provided and agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Seagull Holiday Flats, its agents and employees, from any and / or all claims made against them arising out of the rental of the premises
